Annual COnference PRe-Con: Navigating Higher Ed as a bipoc professional

This year at the Annual Conference, we will have a pre-con that will take place on Wednesday, October 16th in the morning prior to the conference beginning. The pre-con will create a space for BIPOC Professionals in housing and higher education to start thinking about developing their professional journey.  Some topics that will be covered are centered around campus politics, building a network, and supervision. Below is a tentative schedule for the pre-con:
