We can't wait to welcome you to Springfield, MA - City of Firsts! The 2023 NEACUHO Annual Conference will take place on October 11-13, 2023. This site will continue to be updated as we release more information leading up to the conference. 
Registration Details

Registration is officially open and will close on September 15, 2023. 

Don’t wait to register - the first 55 registrants will become members of our ‘1955 Club’ and receive a free 1955 Club giveaway!

Participant registration cost includes Wednesday lunch, Thursday breakfast, lunch & dinner, and Friday breakfast & lunch,
participation in all educational sessions, social programs and supplementary offerings such as the
Case Study Competition and Affinity Group meetings to name a few.
Note: Wednesday dinner is a night on the town, aka choose your own adventure! The Conference Committee
will provide recommendations and opportunities to join with others as we get closer to the conference.

Hotel Information

Conference site & hotel accommodations all in one! Join is at the Sheraton Monarch Place. Hotel Rate: Only $152 per night (plus taxes and fees). Please note that the hotel booking page defaults to October 8-15, the dates the conference rate is available, so please be sure to update for your dates of travel. 

When planning your travel and overnight accommodations, take into consideration that the conference will start around noon on Wednesday, but there will be some brief pre-conference options, most notably for first time attendees, starting around 10:30am, that you may want to join us for, and the conference will wrap up around 2:30pm on Friday. A more detailed schedule will be available on the conference website as we get closer to the event. 

Legacy Scholarship

NEACUHO Legacy Scholarships will be given out throughout the year based on an application process. Each event that NEACUHO has will qualify for the Legacy Scholarships, including the Annual Conference in Springfield. Any person who works at a NEACUHO member institution is eligible to apply for a Legacy Scholarship. Your completed application will be reviewed by a panel of NEACUHO Past Presidents as well as the current President-Elect and President. Nominees will be notified when a decision is made and, if awarded a scholarship, the information will be shared with the registration chair of the corresponding event.
