Being an SHO means wearing many hats—but perhaps none is more challenging than leading in every direction. On any given day, you may be coaching your staff, collaborating with campus colleagues, advocating to senior leadership, and balancing competing institutional priorities.
In this interactive session, Heather Quire, Associate Vice Chancellor & Dean of Campus Life at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, will facilitate a conversation about the realities of leading up, across, and down.
