Changes to the 2017 Annual Conference
  1. Schedule: The Annual at its first off-campus location will include a new look to its schedule. The conference will officially begin Wednesday at noon with an Opening Luncheon & Keynote. The conference will end Friday by 2 PM.
  2. Dinner On Your Own/Night On The Town: Explore all Portland has to offer with a Night on the Town that includes time for you to grab dinner at one of the many great restaurants downtown.
  3. Fitness Time: Take part in one of several opportunities to destress after a full day of the conference.
  4. Committee Discussions: Want to learn more about getting involved with NEACUHO? Committee Discussions provide an opportunity to learn about the committees that NEACUHO members can join and help run some of our many events and offerings throughout the year!

Awards Banquet, Full - $5,000

The Awards Banquet is a sit down meal on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. This is one of the signature events of the NEACUHO Annual Conference and is a time that NEACUHO recognizes its members for their contributions to the organization as well as to the field. Recognition includes signage.

Audio/Visual - $2,000

Audio/ Visual is a necessary component of any successful conference! This is an opportunity to sponsor this service for the entire conference. Recognition includes signage.

 Breakfast, Thursday- $500  

Sponsor breakfast on the Thursday morning of the conference, October 5, 2017. Recognition includes signage.

Breakfast, Friday - $500  

Sponsor breakfast on the Friday morning of the conference, October 6, 2017. Recognition includes signage.

 SHO & Special Guests Social - $1,500  

SHO & Special Guests Social takes place on the last day of the conference, Friday, October 6, 2017, this is an opportunity for Senior Housing Officers, NEACUHO Past Presidents, and Special Guests to mingle and celebrate the conclusion of the Annual Conference and another NEACUHO year.

 Closing Lunch - $2,000

The Closing Lunch on Friday, October 6, 2017 celebrates the end of the Annual Conference. The Closing Lunch is also an opportunity for NEACUHO to recognize its members for their contributions to the organization as well as to the field. Recognition includes signage.

 Conference Bags - $1,500

Conference bags are given away to attendees at the start of the NEACUHO Annual Conference. As the sponsor your logo would be displayed on the bag.

 Delegate Swag - $2,000 It has become tradition at the NEACUHO Annual Conference to give away swag to the attendees. As the sponsor of the delegate swag your logo can be included on the item. Delegate swag in past years has been portable charging devices, blankets, cooler bags, and so on.
District Reception - $500

Before the Opening Awards Banquet each District of NEACUHO gets together for Appetizers with their District Coordinator to socialize and catch up on the past year’s events. Recognition includes signage.

 Entertainment Events - $1,000 (4)

There are lots of entertainment and events that occur after programming sessions have concluded for the day. More to come on the details of these opportunities.

Exhibitor Luncheon - $2,500 New this year! NEACUHO will be hosting a sit down lunch for all exhibitors and attendees at the NEACUHO Annual Conference. This will take place just before the Exhibit Hall opens. Recognition includes signage.
 Exhibit Hall Dessert - $500 Lunch dessert will be served in the Exhibit Hall while it is open for both delegates and exhibitors. Recognition includes signage.
 Fitness Events - $2,000 (2)

New this year! Traditionally NEACUHO has hosted a Fun Run, Walk and Roll at the NEACUHO Annual Conference. This year we will be hosting a Zumba Class as well as a Flow Yoga program. Recognition includes signage and potentially your logo on t-shirts, water bottles or other fun giveaways.

 Host Committee Shirts - $1,000

The host committee needs to be visibly recognizable throughout the conference. Sponsor the shirts for these folks! Recognition includes signage and potentially your logo on the shirt.

 Volunteer Shirts - $1,000  The conference volunteers need to be visibly recognizable throughout the conference. Sponsor the shirts for these folks! Recognition includes signage and potentially your logo on the shirt.
Keynote Speaker - $4,000

What would a conference be without a dynamic Keynote Speaker! Sponsor this conference’s keynote session. Recognition includes signage and potentially your name in the conference program/ guidebook.

 M.A.P.S. Program for Paraprofessionals - $2,500

This is a pre-conference opportunity for students interested in going into the field of College and University housing. Sponsorship would allow for students to attend regardless of their economic status. Recognition includes signage and potentially your name in the conference program/ guidebook.

 Name Badges - $2,000

Every NEACUHO Conference delegate wears a nametag. Sponsor the lanyard/ holders that holds the information along with all the stickers, pins and buttons delegates usually decorate them in! Recognition includes signage and potentially your logo on the lanyard/ holder.

 Night out Shuttle - $1,500

There will be a bus running from the hotel to downtown Portland, ME on the night of Thursday, October 5. Sponsor the shuttle and help attendees get to and from a night on the town! Recognition includes signage.

 Opening Luncheon - $2,000

Just before the official start to the conference there will be a luncheon on Wednesday, October 4th. This will be a sit down lunch opportunity for delegates. Recognition includes signage.

 Program Room - $1,000 (6)

Programming sessions will be held in 6 different programming rooms throughout the conference. Sponsor a programming room and have it named after you for the entire conference. Recognition includes signage, your logo by the room door and potentially your name in the conference program/ guidebook.

 Wireless Internet - $2,000

No one can function without internet! Sponsor the wireless internet for the conference and everyone will be logging in! Recognition includes signage and potentially the wireless network being named after you.
